Transfer of the second toe to the hand in a patient with Monckeberg's sclerosis

We present a case of second toe to hand transfer in a 64 year old patient with Monckeberg's sclerosis, who had had first four fingers of his right hand amputated.

The result was satisfactory, even though this type of arteriosclerosis is usually considered a relative contraindication to transfer.
