Patient and family services

The objective of the Clinic's Patient Service is to help you solve any need, problem or incident that you may have during your stay or visit to the Clinic.

The department manages everything related to information, guidance and processing of suggestions and complaints received from patients and their families.

Hours of operation: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Location: The Patient Care Service at the Madrid Headquarters is located on floor 0.

The offices are located in the access corridor to the Emergency Department, behind the Admissions Department.

Please contact us if you have any complaints or would like to make any suggestions to improve the service we offer.

The Clinic has a paid parking lot for patients and visitors, located in the Clinic's own building.

The Clinic's Cafeteria is located on the first floor.

Bright and comfortable, it offers patients, relatives and visitors a restaurant service (à la carte, menu of the day, combined dishes and special diets) and bar.

Its extensive opening hours allow visitors to have access at any time of the day, as well as to order take-out meals.

Cafeteria hours: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

It has a restaurant (à la carte or menu) and bar service.

On the first floor you will find a MasterCard ATM available for the convenience of patients and accompanying persons.

It is located next to the public cafeteria on Floor 0.

The Chaplaincy is a service of human and spiritual care and administration of the Sacraments (especially Penance, the Holy Eucharist and the Anointing of the Sick) that the University of Navarra Clinic offers to the sick and those accompanying them.

If you belong to another religious denomination, the chaplains can facilitate contact with you so that you can receive spiritual care.

Our chaplains are always available to care for the sick, at any time, and periodically visit the hospital floors to talk with patients and their companions who wish to do so.

The Oratory is located on floor -1 of the Clinic.


The Oratory is open from 6:30 am to 9 pm.


The confessionals are usually open from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The Clinic offers a free left-luggage service for patients arriving with suitcases, bags or any other type of luggage. 

It is recommended not to bring valuables. If you bring them, you may leave them for safekeeping at the Admissions Service.

You can access a Wi-fi connection from any mobile device through the AbiertaCUN network. You will be asked for a cell phone number to which you will be sent a code to complete the registration to be able to use the network.
