Disseminated lymphadenopathy during chemotherapy for squamous cell lung carcinoma

Case report

We report the case of a 66-year-old male with diabetes on treatment with metformin, diagnosed with a 13-mm squamous cell carcinoma of the lung in the right upper lobe, with extension to a single subcarinal lymph node (T1N2M0) (Fig. 1).
