Female pelvic congestion syndrome (PCS) remains animportant area of investigation given the numerous ques-tions that remain in patient selection, stratification, treat-ment options, and techniques.1

Endovascular embolisation of the ovarian veins has become the first choice treatment of PCS due to ovarian reflux,1but if both the right and left gonadal veins need treatment, a standard femoral approach will result in selective catheter-isation of both the right and left ovarian veins, with different catheter  exchanges,  vessel  cannulations,  and  repeated contrast injections.

In this study, the effectiveness, safety, and clinical out-comes of bilateral embolisation using n-2-butyl-cyanoacry-late (N2BCA) as the embolic agent and a crossover technique from an unilateral basilic approach were evaluated.
