The GMP Laboratory of the Cellular Therapy Area of the Clinic is dedicated to the elaboration of cellular therapy products on a clinical scale under a strict quality assurance system, compatible with the Good Manufacturing Practices.
Within the production area, there are four cell manipulation rooms, in which the level of sterility is maximum.
The GMP Laboratory is in charge of the elaboration of different products related to cellular and tissue therapy used in the treatment of patients of the Clinica Universidad de Navarra is.
The Clinica Universidad de Navarra is the only Spanish hospital with authorization to manufacture idiotype vaccines (personalized vaccines) to combat a type of lymphoma.
