In this case report we present the clinical signs and symptoms of cardiac tamponade of tumor origin.
We explain the clinical investigations for its diagnosis as well as its specific differential diagnosis in cancer patients. The different therapeutic options are also presented together with a brief summary of the thymic carcinoma.
