Advancement flap in the reconstruction of lateral nasal sidewall defect

A 61-year-old woman presented with a defect of the lateral nasal sidewall after Mohs surgery for a basal cell carcinoma, which had already been treated by normal excision. The final defect was geometric, and measured 2-3 cm in size at the greatest diameter.
