THE AIM OF THIS STUDY IS TO DETERMINE THE SAFETY AND TOLERABILITY OF INCB099280 AND INVESTIGATE ANY POTENTIAL EFFECTS OF THE DRUG ON BOTH INDIVIDUALS AND CANCER. DIFFERENT DOSES OF THE STUDY DRUG WILL ALSO BE TESTED TO ASSESS WHICH DOSE IS THE SAFEST OR MAY WORK BETTER IN THE PARTICIPANTS.
