Professional career
Degree in Nursing from the University of Navarra in 1985.
Diploma in Gynecologic-Obstetric Care from the University of Navarra in 1987.
Diploma in Occupational Nursing from the National School of Occupational Medicine (National Institute of Health) in 1987.
Midwife at the Clínica Universidad de Navarra, 1992–2000.
Instructor in Natural Methods in 1996.
Specialist in oncology nursing in the Breast Pathology Area since 2000 and nurse manager of the Breast Cancer Area of the Cancer Center Clínica Universidad de Navarra since 2014.

Activity
In teaching
- Collaboration as an instructor in the medical-surgical nursing specialization program, as well as in the oncology nursing specialization program from 2014 to the present.
- Organization of workshops on various related topics (breast self-examination, importance of nutrition and exercise in the treatment and prevention of breast cancer).
- Close collaboration with the Navarra Breast Cancer Association on various projects (heart-shaped pillows, postoperative bra for every woman in Navarra undergoing surgery — in collaboration with Selene).
In research
- Publication in the journal “Matronas Hoy” of the article: Breast cancer and pregnancy. Some considerations after twelve years of experience.
- Has presented more than six communications at various Spanish breast conferences.

Awards
- Award-winning paper presented at the 2nd Spanish Breast Cancer Conference: "Implications of nursing care for breast cancer patients treated with multi-catheter brachytherapy."
