  • Use of the genogram in family assessment and the study of family patterns and their impact on mental illness and family dynamics.
  • Narratives and a strength-based recovery approach in the care of patients with mental illness.
  • Adaptation of the Family Nursing methodology based on the Calgary Model to provide a family-centered approach to mental health care.
