THIS STUDY IS DESIGNED TO HELP DETERMINE WHETHER THE STUDY DRUG PUMITAMIG IS EFFECTIVE IN TREATING HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA (HCC), A TYPE OF LIVER CANCER THAT IS ADVANCED OR CANNOT BE REMOVED BY SURGERY (REFERRED TO AS UNRESECTABLE).
