LOS OBJETIVOS PRINCIPALES DE ESTE ESTUDIO SON LOS SIGUIENTES: -DETERMINAR LA SEGURIDAD DEL TOS-358 EN PACIENTES QUE LO TOMAN UNA O DOS VECES AL DIA. -EVALUAR LO QUE OCURRE EN EL CUERPO DE LAS PERSONAS QUE TOMAN EL TOS-358 EN DIFERENTES NIVELES DE DOSIS. -ENCONTRAR UNA DOSIS SEGURA PARA UTILIZARLA EN MAS PACIENTES EN ESTE ESTUDIO Y EN ESTUDIOS FUTUROS. -COMPROBAR SI EL TOS-358 TIENE ALGUN EFECTO SOBRE LOS TUMORES DE LOS PACIENTES QUE TOMAN EL FARMACO DEL ESTUDIO
