Professional career

Diploma in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) in 2007.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Catholic University San Antonio of Murcia (UCAM) in 2011.

Master’s in Biomedical Sciences Research. Official Master’s Program of the School of Medicine of the Complutense University of Madrid in 2013.

PhD from the School of Medicine of the Complutense University of Madrid in 2017

Dietitian-Nutritionist for 9 years in the Human Nutrition and Dietetics Unit at Gregorio Marañón General University Hospital, Madrid.

Dietitian-Nutritionist for 3 years in the Endocrinology and Nutrition Department at Villalba General Hospital, Collado Villalba.

She has been working since 2018 at the Clínica Universidad de Navarra

Activity

In teaching

  • Professor of diet therapy and dietetics at Isabel I University. Teaching collaborator in the Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the Complutense University of Madrid, serving as supervisor for multiple final-year projects in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and master’s theses at the same university. She also teaches clinical placements in the University Master’s in Nutrition and Health at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) and is a professor in the University Expert Course in Clinical Nutrition in Oncology at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
  • Currently a teaching collaborator in the Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at UNAV and CEU.

In research

  • She has delivered more than 40 lectures/presentations at national and international conferences within her discipline.
  • She has collaborated in writing chapters for reference manuals and treatises in the field of national and Hispanic American clinical nutrition.
  • She has published more than 25 articles in specialty journals with an impact factor.
