THE AIM OF THIS RESEARCH STUDY IS TO TEST A NEW TREATMENT FOR A SPECIFIC TYPE OF STOMACH CANCER. IT IS INTENDED FOR PEOPLE WHOSE CANCER CELLS EXPRESS CERTAIN PROTEINS (CLAUDIN 18.2 AND PD-L1) AND DO NOT EXPRESS ANOTHER PROTEIN CALLED HER2

- A PHASE III, DOUBLE-BLIND, RANDOMIZED STUDY OF ZOLBETUXIMAB IN COMBINATION WITH PEMBROLIZUMAB AND CHEMOTHERAPY (CAPOX OR MFOLFOX6) FOR THE FIRST-LINE TREATMENT OF LOCALLY ADVANCED UNRESECTABLE OR METASTATIC GASTRIC OR GASTROESOPHAGEAL JUNCTION ADENOCARCINOMA IN PARTICIPANTS WHOSE TUMORS ARE HER2-NEGATIVE, CLAUDIN (CLDN) 18.2-POSITIVE, AND PD-L1-POSITIVE.
