Phase I/II, open-label, multicenter clinical trial of RAS(ON) inhibitors in combination with ivonescimab, with or without other anticancer agents, in patients with solid tumors.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY IS TO TEST SEVERAL COMBINATIONS OF NEW INVESTIGATIONAL DRUGS (STUDY DRUGS), WITH CHEMOTHERAPY (IF YOU HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED TREATMENT FOR YOUR CANCER) OR WITHOUT CHEMOTHERAPY (IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED TREATMENT FOR YOUR CANCER). IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED TREATMENT FOR COLORECTAL CANCER, YOU MAY RECEIVE THE STUDY DRUG OR DRUGS TOGETHER WITH CETUXIMAB.
