THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLINICAL STUDY IS TO DETERMINE WHETHER OBRIXTAMIG IN COMBINATION WITH ATEZOLIZUMAB, CARBOPLATIN, AND ETOPOSIDE (STANDARD CHEMOTHERAPY) IS MORE EFFECTIVE THAN STANDARD CHEMOTHERAPY ALONE IN TREATING PEOPLE WITH ADVANCED SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER.
