Professional career

Medical degree from the University of Navarra (1994).

Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Clínica Universidad de Navarra, 1998.

PhD in Medicine from the University of Navarra, 2002.

She completed advanced training in endocrinology and reproduction at Hospital Sta. Chiara (Pisa), Policlinico Sta. Maria alle Scotte (Siena), Italy, and at Creighton University Medical Center (Omaha, United States). She obtained the Fertility Care Medical Consultant credential from the Pope Paul VI Institute, affiliated with Creighton University (Omaha, United States), for the study of human reproduction.

  • Natural fertility and fertility ultrasound.
  • Human reproduction.

AREAS OF INTEREST

  • In addition to general obstetrics and gynecology, her clinical practice focuses on Gynecologic Endocrinology (amenorrhea, menstrual disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome) and Reproduction.
  • NaProTechnology (Natural Procreative Technology) in fertility treatment, an alternative to artificial assisted reproduction techniques, with the support of the Creighton Model FertilityCare System.

  • Assistant Professor with a PhD at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Navarra, and head of the Human Reproduction course.

  • She has participated as a co-author of several books.
