Medical degree from the University of Navarra (1995). Specialist in General Surgery at Clínica Universidad de Navarra (2002). PhD in Medicine from the University of Navarra in 2015.

Expert in oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgery (2009) from the Complexo Hospitalario Universitario A Coruña.

She completed a training stay at York District Hospital (United Kingdom).

Specialist in the Department of Phlebology and the Breast Pathology Unit at Clínica Universidad de Navarra.

European Board of Surgery Qualifications Examination in Breast Surgery in 2018.

She teaches the courses Surgical Pathology and Senology and Breast Pathology in the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Navarra, as well as the Surgical Specialization Program in the Faculty of Nursing.

She has written 14 chapters in a specialty book.
She has presented 131 communications at congresses and conferences and has participated in more than 100 national and international courses and congresses.
