  • Knowledge of 3D-RT, IMRT, and VMAT treatment techniques.
  • Experience with moderate hypofractionation and extreme hypofractionation (lung, liver, prostate, pancreatic, adrenal, nodal, and bone SBRT, as well as cranial radiosurgery with LINAC).
  • Hands-on experience with IGRT using the ExacTrac system, cone-beam CT (kV and MV), and Clarity, as well as SGRT using the Catalyst system.
  • Experience with gated treatments using DIBH (Sentinel-Catalyst), ABC system, and ExacTrac.

  • Conocimientos en técnicas de tratamientos con 3DRT, IMRT y VMAT.
  • Experiencia en tratamiento con hipofraccionamientos moderados e hipofraccionamientos extremos (SBRT pulmonar, hepática, de próstata, de páncreas, suprarrenal, ganglionar y ósea. Así como RC con LINAC).
  • Práctica con IGRT mediante sistema Exac Trac, CT Conebeam (KV y MV) y Clarity. Y a su vez con SGRT mediante sistema Catalyst.
  • Experiencia en tratamientos con Gating mediante sistema DIBH (Sentinel-Catalyst), sistema ABC y Exac Trac.
  • Conocimientos en tratamientos con TC de planificación 4D. - Pericia en Braquiterapia de alta tasa, en tumores: de próstata, ginecológicos, cutáneos (Plesioterapia) y sarcomas (Braquiterapia perioperatoria).
  • Conocimientos en tratamientos con aceleradores lineares: ONCOR Expression (Siemens); NOVALIS (Brainlab); VERSA HD (Elekta); INFINITY (Elekta); y TRUEBEAM (Varian).
  • Práctica con los sistemas de planificación iPlan Net (BrainLAB); RayStation (RaySearch) y Eclipse (Varian). Así como con los sistemas de registro y verificación Mosaiq y Aria.
