RESEARCH AREAS

  • PhD program (in progress) in a collaborative project with the GEMFIN group: Assessment of the predictive capacity of the genomic profile in thrombotic risk in patients with polycythemia vera and essential thrombocythemia.

AREAS OF INTEREST

  • Study and treatment of patients with myeloid neoplasms, especially 
    chronic myeloproliferative neoplasms (polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, myelofibrosis, and chronic myeloid leukemia). 
  • Study and treatment of patients with thromboembolic disease, as well as patients with coagulopathies (bleeding disorders).
