- Evaluation of multimodal neuroimaging tools in Parkinson’s disease.
- Structural MRI: iron sequences (susceptibility-weighted imaging and relaxometry) and neuromelanin.
- Functional MRI: resting-state and experimental functional tasks.
- Nuclear medicine: SPECT and PET (dopaminergic and serotonergic radiotracers).
- Other biomarkers (plasma, CSF) of Parkinson’s disease.
- Assessment of new therapeutic targets in Parkinson’s disease.
Clinical:
- Parkinson’s disease.
- Primary focus on Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders (essential tremor and other atypical parkinsonisms) with associated cognitive impairment.
- Hyperkinetic movement disorders (chorea, myoclonus, tics).
- Advanced therapies for motor complications of Parkinson’s disease and focused ultrasound (HIFU) therapy.
- Botulinum toxin.
- Focal treatment of facial and cervical dystonia.
