How do I view and download images in the Patient Area?

The download process must be carried out from a computer.
From a mobile device, it is only possible to view the images.

VIEW IMAGES

  1. Log in to the patient area
  2. Go to the images section/view image.

DOWNLOAD IMAGES

  1. On the image viewing screen, select the SAVE button.
  2. Select the SAVE DICOM EXAM option.
  3. Wait for the images to be created and download the file.
  4. A ZIP file is created with all the information from the study.
  5. You can share the file directly; the recipient must unzip it and use a DICOM image viewer (Carestream, RadiAnt, etc.).
  6. To view the downloaded images, open the ZIP file and click the “Launch Viewer” file. It will prompt you for several actions; select “Extract All.” Once the extraction is complete, the “Launch Viewer” file will appear again; click it again and select “Run” twice. The image viewer will then open and the study will be available.
