RESEARCH AREAS
- Has collaborated on more than 3 research projects, almost all of them within the field of cardiovascular assessment, though not exclusively.
- Has collaborated on 2 clinical trials (one of them international, together with the University of Edinburgh).
- Actively participates in more than 2 ongoing research projects on cardiovascular diseases, in addition to developing a research project as part of her doctoral thesis.
AREAS OF INTEREST
- Comprehensive cardiovascular assessment, as well as primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular events.
- Assessment of subclinical coronary atherosclerosis, as well as early identification of high- and very-high cardiovascular risk patients, their management, and follow-up.
Activity
In teaching
- Teaching collaborator at the University of Navarra.
In research
- Has participated in more than 10 presentations at national and international conferences, as well as contributing to the development of 3 book chapters in national and international scientific publications.
- Participated as a collaborator in the development of an international multicenter research project on cardiovascular assessment of asymptomatic patients during a three-month research stay at the University of Edinburgh (Feb–May 2025).
