Dr. Gabriela Madrid Marcano
Specialist in Cardiology.
Primarily dedicated to advanced cardiac imaging: cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, 3D echocardiography, stress echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography.
Professional career
Degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Carabobo, Venezuela (2004). Specialist in Cardiology at the Hospital Universitario de Los Andes, University of Los Andes, Venezuela (2010).
Fellow in Advanced Cardiac Imaging at the Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón, Madrid (2011-2012). Master's degree in Advances in Cardiology from the University of Murcia (2014-2016) and Master's degree in Cardiac Imaging-Guided Cardiovascular Therapy from the Complutense University of Madrid (2025-2026).
She has worked as an attending physician in Clinical Cardiology and Cardiac Imaging at DIME and at the Hospital Universitario Fundación Valle del Lili in Cali, Colombia, and as an attending cardiologist at IMQ Clínica San Miguel, Pamplona.
She is currently an attending cardiologist in the Cardiac Imaging Area of the Department of Cardiology at the Clínica Universidad de Navarra.
