Professional career
MS in Telecommunications Engineering, Public University of Navarra (2005). PhD in Communications Technology, Public University of Navarra (2013). Completed the Advanced Course in Radiation Protection at the Centro de Investigaciones Energéticas, Medioambientales y Tecnológicas (CIEMAT), Madrid.
Member of the Radiation Protection Unit at Clínica Universidad de Navarra. Within the Nuclear Medicine Service, she is responsible for tasks related to radiation protection, equipment quality control, software development for image processing, and optimization of imaging protocols.
RESEARCH AREAS
- Has been part of the team for 8 research projects, including 4 FIS projects awarded by the Carlos III Health Institute.
AREAS OF INTEREST
- Molecular imaging.
- Specialized processing and analysis of nuclear medicine imaging studies.
Activity
In teaching
- Served as an adjunct professor in the official postgraduate program in Biomedical Engineering at the Public University of Navarra (2008-2012).
- On September 17, 2013, she was accredited as an Assistant Professor (PhD) and University Professor at the University of Navarra.
- Additionally, she has delivered approximately 50 hours of teaching in specialized courses in the field of nuclear imaging organized by Clínica Universidad de Navarra and accredited by the Spanish National Health System.
In research
- Has co-authored more than 140 lectures/presentations at national and international conferences.
- Co-author of more than 45 research articles in indexed scientific journals related to her specialty.
