In research
- Author of more than 50 scientific articles indexed in Web of Science related to his specialty. Delivered more than 50 oral presentations and written communications at national and international conferences in Internal Medicine, Hepatology, Pulmonology, and Cardiology, focused on prevention and prognostic precision in general and cardiovascular disease.
- Significant participation in publicly and privately funded national and European studies on the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease (Retos, ERC).
- Clinical and research advisor to cross-disciplinary groups within public and private healthcare and research institutions (EndoNAFLD).
- Member of national research groups on atherosclerosis (Secondary Prevention – Spanish Society of Atherosclerosis) and vascular and metabolic risk (Spanish Society of Internal Medicine).
