Professional career
Diploma in Applied Chemistry from the University of Navarra, 1994.
Master’s Degree in “Professional Expert in Digital Medical Imaging,” Health Area, National Distance Education University (UNED), Faculty of Sciences, Department of Mathematical Physics and Fluids, Madrid, 2003.
Acquisition of ophthalmologic diagnostic imaging through various procedural protocols, following suitability and quality criteria.
RESEARCH AREAS
- I have participated as coordinator, data manager, and photographer in more than 20 national and international phase II and III clinical trials in the field of retina. I have collaborated on more than 20 research projects in other ophthalmologic areas and in primary research. More than 30 continuing education certificates related to research activity.

- Técnico Especialista en Imagen Médica Digital en el Departamento de Oftalmología de la Clínica Universidad de Navarra desde mayo 1999.
- Fotógrafo acreditado por 6 Reading Centers internacionales.
- Coordinadora y datamanager de ensayos multicéntricos nacionales e internacionales.

In teaching
- Specialist Technician in Digital Medical Imaging in the Department of Ophthalmology at the Clinica Universidad de Navarra since May 1999.
- Photographer accredited by 6 international Reading Centers.
- Coordinator and data manager of national and international multicenter trials.
In research
- Author of 10 conference presentations (6 international and 4 national), author of 4 book chapters, and author of 11 international journal articles (7 in the 1st quartile and 4 in the 2nd quartile) and 1 national journal article.

Scientific Organizations
- Member of the RETICS RD 16/0008/0011 project titled “Prevention, detection, treatment, and rehabilitation of ocular pathologies.”
- Member of the Ophthalmology Retinal Diseases Research Group of IdiSNA, within the Research Area on Inflammatory, Immune, and Infectious Diseases.
