Dr. Arantxa Mata
Specialist in Family and Community Medicine.
Primary focus on comprehensive patient care, psychosomatic medicine, and minor surgical procedures
Professional career
MD (1995) and PhD (2021) in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Navarra. Board-certified specialist in Family and Community Medicine (1999).
She has developed most of her professional career as a primary care physician for a basic health zone in both rural and urban settings. She has also worked as a collaborating physician in the Pain Unit, as a specialist physician in the Family Medicine Service, and as a consulting physician in the Emergency Department at Clínica Universidad de Navarra.
Author and Editor of the “Emergency Care Practice Guidelines” (Emergency and Urgent Care Medicine).
