Dr. Ana María López López
Specialist in Hospital Pharmacy.
Primarily dedicated to pharmaceutical compounding and clinical trials.
Professional career
Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Granada (2013). Official Master's Degree in Virology from the Complutense University of Madrid (2014), with a master's thesis on the antiviral activity of gold nanoparticles in microbicidal gels for the prevention of HIV transmission, carried out at the Molecular Immunobiology Laboratory of the Gregorio Marañón General University Hospital.
Residency in Hospital Pharmacy at the Jaén University Hospital (2016-2020). University-specific Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Oncohematology from the University of Valencia (2020), with a master's thesis on the use, efficacy and tolerability of ibrutinib in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
In 2020 she worked as a specialist pharmacist at the Foundation for Biosanitary Research of Eastern Andalusia (FIBAO), the Infanta Leonor Hospital-Virgen de la Torre Hospital (Madrid) and the Henares University Hospital (Coslada, Madrid). From 2020 to 2023 she practiced at the San Juan de la Cruz Hospital in Úbeda (Jaén).
Collaborating pharmacist in the Pharmacy Service of the Clínica Universidad de Navarra in Madrid (2023-present).
