Clip and endoloop lifting technique to assist cannulation of a hardly reachable papilla because of anatomical changes due to surgery

RESUMEN
Bile duct cannulation by ERCP can be difficult because of different reasons. We present a patient with a hardly reachable papilla because of anatomical changes due to surgery.
A clip, an endoloop and a guide wire were used to lift the papilla and pull it, achieving a successful cannulation.
