Metastatic tumors of the penis are rare. They are usually secondary to primaries of the genitourinary and gastrointestinal tracts.
Surgical therapy of lesions involving the corpora cavernosa can result in prolonged survival. However, rarely does the metastasis represent a true solitary event.
We report 3 new cases with primary tumors in the bladder.
