El objetivo de este estudio abierto de extensión es seguir evaluando los efectos, positivos o negativos, de crenezumab en todos los pacientes. Recibirá crenezumab en este estudio abierto de extensión tanto si recibió crenezumab como si recibió placebo en los estudios BN29552 o BN29553. En este estudio de extensión recibirá crenezumab además de cualquier otro medicamento que ya esté recibiendo para la enfermedad de Alzheimer
