Discount coupon for the Allergology Department

Los profesionales de la Clínica podrán ofrecer a todos sus allegados un precio especial en la primera consulta de Alergología* por 30€ y un 25% de descuento para las pruebas diagnósticas que pudiera requerir.

Al rellenar este formulario, se le enviará un SMS a la persona que desea asistir a la Clínica, con un código de descuento y las instrucciones para solicitar una cita. Para beneficiarse del descuento, deberá aportar el código en el momento de solicitar la cita.

* - El precio especial sólo es válido para la primera consulta en el Departamento de Alergología, o que su última visita a dicho departamento haya sido hace más de 3 años.
- El 25% de descuento en pruebas diagnósticas no es aplicable a material y farmacia, ni en caso de existir tarifa mínima.
- Descuentos no acumulables a otras condiciones especiales que pudiera tener el paciente.
- Cada bono es canjeable por una consulta de valoración en el Departamento de Alergología.
