Clí­nica Universidad de Navarra

Owing to its universitary status and the fact that it is part of the University of Navarra, the Clínica Universitaria de Navarra has a strong teaching tradition, evidenced by its close collaboration with the Faculties of Medicine, Pharmacy and Sciences and with the University of Navarra University Nursing School. Most of its specialists are professors in the Faculty of Medicine.

It is accredited by the Spanish Health and Consumer Affairs Ministry and the Ministry of Education and Science to train medical, pharmaceutical and biological specialists in thirty specialisms. It also receives doctors from other countries on postgraduate programmes.

Also students from the Medical Faculty and the University of Navarra Nursing School acquire their practical experience at the Clínica.

All the nurses that work in the Clínica Universitaria come from the above Nursing School and can later complement their training by specializing in one of the various areas of Clinical Nursing: Cardiology, Traumatology, Intensive Care, Paediatrícs, Psychiatry, Operating Theatre Nursing or Hospitalization.
