Travel & Accommodation Assistance
The Clínica has a free information service available to all its patients for assistance when booking travel & accommodation.
The Clínica's Call Center works with travel agencies, to assist patients and their companions with their arrival and stay in Pamplona.
When arriving at the Clínica you should proceed to the Coordination Units (Unidades de Coordinación), where you will be given a sheet with the schedule of consultations and diagnostic tests slated for you during your stay.
You will need to present your passport or ID, and provide your complete personal information (full name, date of birth, postal address, etc.). If your care is to be covered by an insurance company, you will need to present the documentation accrediting this and the corresponding letters of guarantee.
At the end of your consultations you will be informed whether any medical examinations or tests will be necessary after a given period of time. The appointment may be made at consultation control or the Clínica's Coordination Units, on the ground floor, or by phone at 948 255 400.
A detailed medical report will be sent to you at home.
If you are covering the cost of your care personally you will need to make payment at the Coordination Units or at Administration. If your care is the financial responsibility of a company the Clínica will initiate the proceedings to invoice the organization, in which case you will have to present, upon check-in, documentation accrediting coverage and the corresponding letter of guarantee.
