Acommodation in the Clínica

The Clínica offers rooms in the hospital itself where outpatients and patients ́ families can stay if they wish to do so.

There are two options for this service:

  • Day: accommodation which is free to use throughout the day (for relaxing, working, etc.) This does not include food.
  • Night: accommodation during the night. Companions are also allowed to stay. This does not include food.

PARKING

The Clínica has a public paid car park for patients and visitors, located next to the Consultations area.

It can be accessed by Calle Irunlarrea, which is perpendicular to Avenida Pío XII and on the left of the Clínica's main entrance. Once on this street, you will find the entrance to the parking, at the first roundabout.

The car park is open 24 hours a day.

The approximate tariffs* are as follows:

  • 1st hour – 2.25 €
  • 8 hours – 9.50 €
  • 9-24 hours - 10 €

CAFETERIA

The Clínica's cafeteria is located on the ground floor.

There is a menu, set menu of the day and bar available for patients, family members and visitors. It's long opening hours mean that visitors can eat and drink there throughout the day, as well as ordering food to takeaway.

CASH POINTS

On the ground floor, there are cash points from several banks, which are available for both patients and visitors.

The cash points are accessible for Servired, 4B y Euro6000 cards.

CHAPEL

The Chapel is available as a spiritual care service which administers the catholic Sacraments (especially Penance, the Holy Eucharist and the Anointing of the Sick) which the Clínica Universidad de Navarra offers to patients and their companions.

Our chaplains are always available to attend to patients, at any time, and regularly pass through the wards to talk with patients and companions if they wish to do so.

The Oratory is located on the lower ground floor of the Clínica.

Oratory

The Oratory is open from 07:00-09:30 and 10:30-22:30.

Confessions

Confessionals are carried out regularly from 11:30-14:00 and 17:00-20:00.

Week Days: 7:25***, 8:00, 12:00, 13:35, 18:00**, 19:05

Sundays and Public Holidays: 8:15, 10:30**, 12:00 17:00* (in English), 19:00, 20:15*

CLOAKROOM

The Clínica has a free cloakroom for patients arriving with suitcases, bags or any other kind of luggage.


The two main entrances of the Clínica have a cloakroom at each Information desk (Main Entrance lobby - Avenida Pío XII and External Consultations Entrance - Avenida Irunlarrea).

TRAVEL ASSISTANCE

The Clínica has a free information service available to all its patients for assistance when booking travel & accommodation.

The Clínica's Call Centre works with travel agencies, to assist patients and their companions with their arrival and stay in Pamplona.

Likewise, the Clínica rooms at the hospital where outpatients and patients ́ families can stay if they wish to do so.

Travel and accommodation assistance is contactable via the Clínica's Call Centre, which is available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, by telephone (+34) 948 255 400.

GIFT SHOP

On the ground floor, next to the main entrance (Avenida Pío XII), there is a gift shop with a wide range of books for all ages.

They also have daily newspapers, magazines and other stationery products.

There is a gift section including, amongst other items, jewellery, accessories, merchandise, toys, games and other gifts for children.

The Clínica has, in both the areas for Consultations and Hospitalisation, free wireless internet connection for all patients and visitors.
